Divorced eggs with  homemade salsas is a Mexican breakfast featuring two fried eggs separated by a column of beans or chilaquiles.

Typically, one egg is covered in salsa roja, while the other is covered in salsa verde (a tomatillo based salsa), giving them distinctly different and complementary flavors. If you like to start your day with the most common ways to have breakfast in Mexico, you have come to the right place.
